In this very short tutorial I’ll show you how to keep your conversations going with CLOSEM.

You can see all of the responses to any of your text messages here in the conversations tab.

Scroll down to the section, click on “RECENT,” and you'll see an overview of all your received messages. To navigate directly to any specific message, either click on the date icon on the left or the chat icon on the right.

You'll then see a history of messages exchanged. You can see which assigned user the message was sent from, and the reply from your contact.

You can type a reply right from here to keep the conversation going.

You can also see your messages in an inbox type format organized by contact. Click on Inbox, then click on the contact name.

If you want to see a conversation history with a particular contact, simply click on their contact record, click on “conversation.” If you want to see just the messages you’ve sent, click on “all Messages.’

In this case the assigned user was set to get notifications by email, so any time a customer replies he gets an email from CLOSEM letting him know, so you don’t need to be logged in to your CLOSEM account to keep on top of customer communications!

As far as following your conversations, that’s all there is to it, and you’re good to go!
