Sorry for the confusion. CRM+ is really just a CRM (Customer relationship management) plus email and postal mail. CLOSEM is all of that but also includes SMS and Voice. So with CLOSEM you will have all the services.
I am just confused with the names CLOSEM and CLOSEM CRM+. I thought CLOSEM CRM+ has more features than just CLOSEM.
