Adding CLOSEM to your Groove account is a few short steps that take less than 5 minutes. From your Groove dashboard, go to the icon in the upper-right corner, and in the pull-down menu select “my integrations.” Click Add.

In the pull-down menu find CLOSEM. Add an integration description, such as “postal mail.”

Now go to CLOSEM and log in to your account.

Inside your account, click on the Admin menu and select API from the pull-down.

On your API page, click on your base URL.

When you hover over it you'll see a green plus sign. Just click on that, and your code will be copied to your clipboard.

Now return to your Groove integration page and enter your API key in the field indicated.

Click update, and you're done.
