Meeting notifications

BOOKM automatically sends a meeting notice and calendar invite to your customer via email.

1. Email notice:
The email notification comes from "Meeting Confirmation".

The notice includes a calendar invite and the details are shown:


2. To enable meetings notices via SMS, click on Settings

3. Click on Twillo SMS Settings

Click on Twillo SMS Settings

4. Check Enable Booking Confirmation SMS

Check Enable Booking Confirmation SMS

5. Click on Save Changes

Click on Save Changes

6. To create custom meeting reminders, integrate with an external messaging application. Otherwise, use Zapier to connect to your favorite messaging application.
