Are all the emails sent by CLOSEM archived?
All the emails sent by CLOSEM are sent using our mail server. They won't hit your sent box in Gmail or Outlook or whatever mail platform you are using for your regular email.

All the emails you send out via the platform are archived in the platform and you can view them anytime, both as standalone messages and in the customer's record which will show message, date and time sent. Go to the detailed contact record, and select "all messages" from the menu. It will show every message, both SMS and email.
