Your CLOSEM account comes with its own phone number. All SMS messages are sent via that number, and you can view all outgoing and incoming messages from your central dashboard. There's no need to give out your personal phone number unless you want to. You can reply right from the dashboard and keep your conversations going and recorded in CLOSEM.

You can set your account to notify you either via cellphone or email whenever you get an incoming message or reply.
