From your dashboard, click on the admin menu.

Click on API, scroll down to the bottom of the page to integrated web forms.

Click on manage forms, create a new form.
Give your Form a name. I'm going to call this "contact us form."

You'll see there's a number of fields that you can choose from. First name, last name, email and, the opt-in box for emails already checked. I'm going to take email, agree and email out, put, and put company name, then email, phone, physical address, comments, email, and text degree. I can also associate custom fields to I can also associate data to our custom fields.

So in this case, I'm going to put their URL and associated to label one, click the plus button, and I'm going to say their LinkedIn profile

and associate that to value to a I'm going to leave these optional and not. Checked, it's going to automatically pick up my tags. So I'm going to tag these as prospects. I'm going to add them to my auto-response to contact forum campaign, put them in my contact form database. I'm going to change the, say the submit button to submit form, and I'm going to change the submit message from thank you for your support, to Thank you. We'll get back to you shortly."

Click create. Now my form is created. I'm going to go over to the I-frame and click on it. It's automatically copied to the clipboard. Go to my website, Stunningartcards.com. Go to the contact form, contact us. I'm going to add HTML and paste my I-frame and there's my contact form.

Save that. Here's my contact form and I'm going to fill it out. Wiley coyote of Acme, explosives Wiley had asked me, my phone is +1 525-894-1572. My address is Madison avenue New York. 2 0 0 2 1. This is where any comments can be added and scrolling down their URL is www.acme.com and their LinkedIn profile. Tck the box to agree.

Clicked the submit form. And here's my confirmation text: "We'll get back to you shortly."

Back over to my CLOSEM dashboard.

Go to contact lists, click on contact form. Here is the contact record from the form, tagged as a prospect. His company names in URL is there, his LinkedIn profile is there. His comments are in the notes. And if I go over to campaigns, he's been added into this auto response campaign.

And there you have it. It's as simple as that. You can drop that form anywhere you can put an I-frame.

Full HTML available

You can also copy the HTML and customize the form to perfectly fit your website.

You don't have to be that detailed if you want. I also have a simple form that I've created, which is just first name, email, and agreement. So you can be as simple or as complex as you.

It's all integrated. There's no need for a third-party integration. And there you have it.
